File Guidelines - PLEASE READ

Margins: Margins should be 1/4 inch minimum (1/8 inch for business cards). Files sent to us without margins may be reduced and/or cropped slightly by us at our discretion.

Bleeds: For borderless prints, bleeds are required. Bleeds should be 1/8 inch minimum (1/4 inch for booklets). Crop marks are optional. Additional charges will apply to trimming and also if a larger sheet is required for printing. Please specify final trim size in form below.

File formats: PDFs are preferred. PDF files can be exported directly out of most software programs. We also accept InDesign, QuarkXPress, Illustrator (ai or eps), Photoshop (psd, tif, or jpg), Word, and Publisher files. All images should be at least 150 dpi resolution for best results.

To upload multiple files, please compress your files into a single zip file.

 

Delivery/Pickup Information: Order pickup is available at our location. Local customers will be notified when the order is ready. Orders that will be delivered require prepayment. We will call you for your credit card information after we receive your order. Orders are sent via UPS Ground unless you request otherwise.
